Penn Mutual – 7702 Updates

Penn Mutual updated their offerings into compliance with IRC 7702 on Sunday August 1st 2021. Accumulation Builder Flex IUL, Diversified Advantage VUL, and Survivorship Plus Select IUL follow the general trend of accumulation products, seeing some increases in income values while seeing strong decreases in both initial face amounts and target premiums. Products with a protection emphasis generally see little to no changes with the exception of Survivorship Plus Select IUL, which also had a reprice on its guarantee premiums (please see for more information).
