Courteney Cox and David Arquette are reuniting – on screen.

The former couple may not be together in real life, but the pair are going to work with one another on Cox’s hit sitcom Cougar Town, TVline.com reports.

Arquette, who recently charmed audiences on Dancing with the Stars, will play a hotel concierge on the season 3 finale of the ABC show, according to the report.

Though Cox and Arquette separated in October 2010 after 11 years of marriage, they are still best friends. “He’s my favorite person in the world,” she told PEOPLE earlier this month. “No matter what happens in our future, he’s my very best friend.”

And this won’t be the first time the pair share screen time. They fell in love while filming Scream and also both appeared in Scream 4 last year.
